KZ/SKZ Wet Granule Calibrator-Mill
KZ/SKZ type granulator is used for dry and wet granulation homogenization, especially suitable for crushing and granulating agglomerated materials, and is widely used in dry and wet granulation of materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
System Principle
This machine uses the high-speed relative movement between the rotor and the screen drum of the granulator to quickly granulate the large particles that are agglomerated or blocky under the rolling of the rotor and pass through the screen holes to improve the uniformity of the particles. The finished particles are discharged instantly with high efficiency and good quality. It generates less heat and dust during operation. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, is not easy to damage, and meets GMP requirements. It can be used for uniform granulation of low-viscosity blocky, gum-like, and wet materials.
