GHL High-efficiency Wet Mixing Granulator
The GHL high-efficiency wet mixing granulator is used for the preparation of wet granules in the production of tablets, capsules, granules and other varieties. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.
System principle
Materials are added to the granulation chamber through a lifting or vacuum feeding system. The specially designed mixing propeller enables the material to flow in a multi-dimensional shear state. Then the adhesive is added by the spray gun system to form a rope-like soft material in the chamber. Finally, it is mixed and cut by the propeller and the chopper to prepare uniform wet particles.
